Welcome Message

Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Distinguished Guests,

It is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you all to the 10th Official Annual Meeting of the Radiology Society of Emirates (RSE), where RSE meets The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) and taking place from 17 – 19 April 2026 in Dubai- UAE.

This year’s meeting is especially momentous as we celebrate a decade of radiological excellence, education, and collaboration. We are also proud to spotlight the meeting’s theme: “AI in Radiology: Towards Platforms & Practice.” This reflects our shared commitment to embracing technological advancements and integrating artificial intelligence into everyday radiological workflows — not as a distant vision, but as a present-day reality.

Over the years, the RSE Annual Meeting has become a cornerstone event for radiology professionals in the region. This 10th edition brings together leading experts, researchers and practitioners to share the latest innovations, clinical insights and best practices that shape the future of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology.

The scientific program has been thoughtfully curated to address current challenges, emerging technologies and multidisciplinary approaches that are vital in today’s healthcare environment. We are confident that the sessions will spark meaningful discussions, inspire collaboration and contribute to enhancing patient care.

I extend my deepest gratitude to our partners at the RCR, the organizing committee, speakers, sponsors and all delegates for making this event possible.

Welcome once again to this landmark meeting — let us learn, connect, and grow together.

Warm regards,

Dr. Taleb Mohamed Almansoori
President, Radiology Society of Emirates (RSE)

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to all participants attending the 10th Official Annual Meeting of the Radiology Society of Emirates (RSE), held in proud collaboration with The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR), from 17 to 19 April 2026 in Dubai, UAE.

We are honored to be part of this milestone event, which not only reflects a decade of remarkable progress by the RSE but also symbolizes a shared vision for the future of radiology worldwide. The theme of this year’s meeting, “AI in Radiology: Towards Platforms & Practice,” is both timely and essential. As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, it offers tremendous promise in transforming diagnostic workflows, improving efficiency, and elevating patient care.

At the RCR, we remain deeply committed to fostering global collaboration, supporting evidence-based practice and preparing our members for the future of medical imaging. This joint meeting with the RSE represents a powerful opportunity for knowledge sharing, mutual growth and professional solidarity across borders.

I congratulate the organizers for curating an outstanding scientific program and I look forward to the valuable insights, discussions and innovations that will emerge from this gathering. I also express my appreciation to all speakers, delegates and partners who have contributed to the success of this event.

On behalf of the RCR, I thank you for your warm hospitality and commitment to excellence. We are proud to stand beside the RSE in advancing the field of radiology — together.

About the RCR

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is a charity that works with our members to improve the standard of medical practice across the fields of radiology and oncology. With faculties in two disciplines, the RCR and our members benefit from a fuller understanding of medical practice, across the spectrum of diagnosis and treatment.

We collaborate impartially with our members and external parties from across the medical industry, refining the latest research and guidelines into relevant applications for radiologists and oncologists. This work can be carried out efficiently because resources and processes are shared across our two faculties.

This enables us to educate and support doctors effectively throughout their career, providing practical guidance, training and assessment. In turn, input from our members, through academic contributions, professional consultation and mentorship, drives the RCR forward.
